This page lists every public page on warmheartgifts.com and explains how the shop is organised, so you can find what you need in one or two clicks. The list directly below is generated automatically from the site, so it always shows the current pages and every collection that has gifts in it. Further down, you will find a guide to each part of the shop: what each collection is for, which page answers which question, and the quickest route for the most common tasks, from choosing an ornament to returning a shirt.

How the site is organised

  • Shop by who it is for: Mom, Dad, Grandparents, Couples, Friends and In Memory.
  • Shop by product: Ornaments, Mugs, Shirts and Canvas Prints.
  • Shop by occasion: Anniversary, Birthday, Christmas, Wedding & Engagement, and New Baby & Family.
  • Help: FAQs, Help Center, Order Tracking, Submit a Ticket and Contact Us.
  • Policies: shipping, changes, returns, refunds, payments, privacy, terms, size guide, copyright and intellectual property.

1. The main menu

The menu at the top of every page has six entries. Christmas Gifts, Anniversary Gifts and Birthday Gifts open the three occasions people shop for most. Occasions opens a short list of all five occasion collections. Who it’s for lists the six recipient collections. Products lists the four product types and a link to all gifts. On a phone, the same menu opens from the three-line icon in the top left corner, and the search icon in the top right searches every product by name.

2. Collections by recipient

Most people begin a gift with a person in mind, so these collections come first on our homepage under “Gifts by who it’s for”.

  • For Mom: mugs, ornaments, shirts and canvas prints that hold the names of her children or a date the family shares.
  • For Dad: everyday pieces such as a morning mug or a shirt naming his crew of kids or grandkids.
  • For Grandparents: designs with room for every grandchild’s name, in large readable type.
  • For Couples: matching pieces with both names and the date that started it all.
  • For Friends: small, specific gifts for the people who are family in practice.
  • In Memory: simple, quiet designs that keep a name and two dates close.

3. Collections by product

  • Ornaments: ceramic, wood and acrylic ornaments in circle, heart and star shapes, ready to hang.
  • Mugs: white ceramic mugs in 11 oz and 15 oz, printed so the words face both sides of the table.
  • Shirts: unisex cotton crew-necks from S to 3XL, for reunions, birthdays and grandparents.
  • Canvas Prints: wrapped or framed canvases from 8×10 to 24×36 inches.

The Shop page shows every gift together, with filters and sorting.

4. Collections by occasion

A gift can belong to several collections at once. A first-Christmas ornament, for example, appears under Ornaments, Christmas Gifts and New Baby & Family, so you will find it whichever way you browse.

Our About Us page explains what we make, how a gift is made after you order, what we believe a good gift should do, and what we will not do. It also lists our business address in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

  • Return or exchange something: footer, Returns & Exchanges, then Submit a Ticket, “Return or exchange”.
  • Choose a shirt size: footer, Size Guide.
  • Ask a question before ordering: footer, Contact Us, or Submit a Ticket, “Question before ordering”.

9. Collections that are still being filled

The list at the top of this page only shows collections that currently have gifts in them. A collection without gifts yet is still reachable from the menu, shows a short note that new pieces are being added, and appears in this list automatically as soon as its first gift is published. We do not show empty collections in our site map so that you never land on an empty shelf from here.

10. Search and filters

The search icon at the top of every page searches all gifts by name and description. Try a recipient (“grandma”), a product (“ornament”) or an occasion (“anniversary”). On collection pages, you can sort gifts and filter them, for example by size or colour where a product offers them. Filtered and sorted views are for browsing only and are not listed separately in this site map.

11. Pages that are not listed

A few pages are deliberately left out of this site map because they only make sense during an order: the cart, the checkout and your account pages. You reach them from the cart and account icons in the header. They are not indexed by search engines, because they contain information that belongs only to you.

12. Machine-readable versions

Search engines and other tools can read the XML version of this site map at /wp-sitemap.xml. Most public pages also have a read-only JSON version, made by adding “.json” to the page address, for tools that compare product and policy information. These versions contain the same public information as the pages themselves and never include customer, cart or order details.

13. A walk through the homepage

The homepage is arranged in the order most people think about a gift. At the top, three slides introduce our ornaments, mugs and canvas prints. Below them, a short note explains why we make every piece to order. Two banners follow for the occasions people ask about most, anniversaries and birthdays. Then comes “Gifts by who it’s for”, six tiles for Mom, Dad, Grandparents, Couples, Friends and In Memory, followed by a row of the four product types and a row of occasions. Further down, “Four quiet steps” explains how a personalised gift is made, two short sections explain why a personal gift lasts and what you can count on from us, and a band of four promises repeats the numbers that matter: made in 1–3 business days, free shipping, 60-day returns and 24 hours to change an order. The page ends with the six questions people ask first, and the footer.

14. The footer on every page

The footer at the bottom of every page has four columns. The first gives our business name and address, our email address and a button to open a support ticket. “Get to know us” links to About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Payment Methods and this site map. “Need help?” links to FAQs, Help Center, Order Tracking, Shipping & Delivery, Cancel or Change an Order and Submit a Ticket. “Shop concerns” links to Refund Policy, Returns & Exchanges, Size Guide, DMCA and Intellectual Property Policy. The footer, this page and our XML site map list the same public pages.

15. Moving around with a keyboard or screen reader

Every page starts with the same header and ends with the same footer, so landmarks stay in predictable places. Headings on each page follow a simple order, with one main title and numbered sections below it, which makes them easy to jump between with a screen reader’s heading list. Images carry text descriptions. If anything on the site is hard to reach without a mouse, please tell us; we will help you complete your order by email meanwhile.

16. How often this page changes

The automatic list at the top updates itself whenever a page or collection is published, so it is always current. The written guide below it is reviewed whenever we add a new type of page or change how the menu is arranged; the date at the top shows the last review.

When a new kind of page is added, for example a blog with gift ideas, it will appear in the automatic list, in the footer and in the XML site map at the same time, and this guide will describe where it fits. Pages are never added to the footer before they have real content, so every link you see leads somewhere useful.

If you have bookmarked a page that later moves, the old address will redirect you to the new one where possible, and the site search will find the page by its title.

17. Can’t find something?

If a page you expected is missing, or a link does not work, please tell us at support@warmheartgifts.com. We reply within 1 business day and fix broken links as soon as we hear about them.
