Every piece is made after you order, with the names, dates and words you give us, and shipped from the United States to homes in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This page tells you what we make, how we make it, what we believe a good gift should do, and what you can count on when you order from us. It is written plainly, because we would rather you know exactly what to expect than be impressed by adjectives.
\nThe gifts people keep longest are rarely the most expensive ones. They are the mug that says “Grandpa Joe” in letters large enough to read without glasses, the ornament that lists every child in a family the year the youngest arrived, the canvas print in the hallway with a wedding date that the couple pass every morning. These objects are ordinary, and that is their strength. They are used, seen and touched on normal days, so the thought behind them keeps returning.
\nOur name says what we hope each piece carries. “Warm” for the feeling of a kitchen in winter and a cup held in both hands. “Heart” for the intention of the person giving it. And “gifts” because the moment that matters most is when one person hands something to another. Our logo, a heart formed by the space between two cupped hands, is that moment drawn as simply as we could draw it.

\nWe organise the shop around the person first, because that is how most people start thinking about a gift. There are collections for Mom, for Dad, for grandparents, for couples, for friends, and in memory of someone. There are also collections by occasion: anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas, weddings and engagements, and new babies and family milestones. You can browse either way and arrive at the same honest products.
\nThe memorial collection deserves a word of its own. Not every gift is for a celebration. Some are for the first holiday after a loss, or the birthday that now passes quietly. We keep those designs especially simple, and we read those orders especially carefully.
\nThat is all there is to it. No warehouse of pre-printed stock, no guessing at names. Because nothing is made before you order, we can make exactly what you ask for, and because a person reads each order, mistakes are caught more often before printing than after.
\nWe have a few quiet rules for our own designs. A gift should name the person, or the people they love, so that it cannot be mistaken for anyone else’s. It should keep a date that would otherwise slip away. It should be useful or visible on ordinary days, not only on the occasion. And it should be calm enough that the words are the first thing anyone notices. We avoid crowded layouts, cartoon characters, borrowed logos and phrases written by someone else. We would rather a gift say one true thing clearly than many things loudly.

Trust is built as much by what a shop refuses to do as by what it promises. We do not show reviews that were not written by real buyers, and we do not invent counters, countdowns or claims that only a few items are left. We do not display payment logos for methods that are not available at checkout. We do not print other people’s logos, characters or lyrics. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never use the names on your gift for marketing. If we ever get something wrong, we would rather say so plainly and put it right.
\nWe choose each blank for how it will live in someone’s home, not only for how it looks in a photo. A mug has to hold a full cup comfortably and carry print that stays readable after everyday use, so we print on plain white ceramic where the words have the most contrast. Ornaments have to be light enough for a tree branch and sturdy enough to be packed away every January, which is why we offer ceramic for a smooth glazed face, wood for warmth and grain, and acrylic for something that catches the lights. Shirts have to be soft enough to be worn again after the reunion, so we use cotton crew-necks in a short list of colours that print cleanly. Canvas prints have to hang straight for years, so they come wrapped around a wooden frame or set into a slim frame.
\nWhen a material or size does not meet that standard, we leave it out of the shop rather than offer it with a disclaimer. That is why our range is small, and why it may stay small.
\nWe are often asked what to write. Our advice is the same for almost every gift: be specific and be brief. A first name and a year will look calmer on a mug than a full sentence. A street name, the name of a family dog, or the town where two people met will carry more memory than a general phrase about love. If the gift is for a grandparent, the names of the grandchildren usually say everything. If it is a memorial, the name and two dates are often enough, and a short line the person used to say can be added if it comes easily.
\nRead the words aloud before you order. If they sound like you, they will sound like you on the gift too.
\nMost of our gifts are bought for a date that will not move. We would rather tell you plainly that a canvas may not arrive in time than let you find out on the day. If you write to us with the date and the delivery address before ordering, we will give you an honest answer based on our making time of 1–3 business days and travel time of 7–14 business days. In December, when carriers in all four countries are busiest, we say so on the site and in your confirmation email.
\nMany of our orders travel a long way: a mug from a daughter in Ohio to a mother in Ontario, an ornament from a brother in Arkansas to a sister in Auckland, a canvas from grandparents in Texas to a new family in Brisbane. Shipping is free to all four countries we serve, and the recipient never sees what was paid. When the person you love lives far away, a parcel with their name on it is one small way of closing the distance.
